Our long-term strategy relies on us developing frameworks and curricula, building embodied capacities, and documenting the strategies that will support us to build life-affirming infrastructures in service of community-led health and healing.
Our programmes and projects are seedlings. Experiments in relational infrastructure that we hope outgrow us and take root. We feature them here to help document, archive, and share our progress.
These experiments put yoga and herbalism in direct proximity to research and workplace policy development – understanding that the systems we need to enable us all to be well will come via divergent, and sometimes counterintuitive, pathways.
This report reflects on the Covid-19 pandemic, the denial of its ongoingness and how folks who are positioned as most vulnerable to the virus continue to organise to collectively respond to the current moment.
When it feels like the world is suspended in a state of permacrisis, community is the root that grounds us, giving us stability and hope. Not only does politicised somatics offer us an alternative pathway to reimagine our liberatory futures, but it also demands that we do it together. Like the seeds of a pomegranate, we nestle tightly against one another, connected by the white membrane that threads us together as one.
