Join us for a 1 hour recorded session of Restorative Yoga for Resilience with Lana Homeri, created to provide support during winter months. The practices in this video focus on releasing tension and aiding the down regulation of the nervous system.

We run weekly Restorative Yoga for Resilience sessions online as part of our Rest & Play programme. Sessions run every Tuesday at 6.30pm UK time, and are free and open to all.
