We’re very excited to launch our new editorial platform In Practice. We just need a little bit more time…

In Practice is a new editorial platform by HJL that spotlights experimental pieces on health, healing and movement-building that wouldn’t get published elsewhere. It is a space for us to think out loud and unresolved about the longings, tensions, contradictions, and opportunities within our movements. We will showcase the power of creative disciplines to enhance, challenge, support, and complicate our understanding of the strategies and methodologies that will shape a future with abundant community-led health. 

As this is a brand new space for us, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get it up and running. After an open call out, we received over 250 submissions in under three weeks! We’ve been overwhelmed by the beauty, vulnerability and dedication to a better world that has come through in all the work we’ve received, and we’re still making our way through them whilst also building the infrastructure to support the platform.

Juggling all this means we’re not quite ready to launch yet, but we will be launching on 15th October 2024. Please bear with for just a little longer, we can’t wait to share In Practice with you soon.
