Our Rest & Play programme creates spaces to resource ourselves, build our resilience and practice joy and connection. For communities that experience and resist oppression, rest and play are not a luxury. They are a necessity to our healing and ability to imagine, feel into and organise towards a liberated future. With this programme, we want to support individuals to be present in the daily lives of their communities and to resource us in ways that can sustain our social justice movements. 

Rest and play are integrated throughout our public programming by incorporating embodied practices, somatics, meditation and movement. We offer free regular support spaces as part of this programme, including our Weekly Breath Circles and Restorative Yoga sessions, which are held online and open to all.
