Almas is very proud of her cultural heritage being a blend of Pakistan and East Africa. She was born in Mwanza, located on the southern shores of lake Victoria, Tanzania.

It is fair to say, her passion lies in spirituality. She has walked the rich path of Sufism, the heart of Islam, since 1989. Her passion is using the universality of wisdom teachings, to not only inform and enrich her own life, but to thread this rich tapestry through her professional work on all levels.

She has extensive experience in supporting individuals and organisations through her psychotherapuetic work.
