Oscar Revolledo
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND WORK CULTURE MANAGER
Oscar (he/him) is our Organisational Development and Work Culture Manager. He is an Organisational Psychologist and Psychotherapist from Peru, with over 20 years’ experience working in mental health services, where he has taken clinical, operational and strategic roles.
Before joining Healing Justice Ldn, Oscar worked for NHS and for third sector organisations such as CGL, where he was a Senior Manager for the Behavioural Change Service in Norfolk.
Growing up during a period of internal armed conflict in Peru has driven Oscar’s professional interest in supporting those affected by Post War trauma, specially on those affected by displacement. His interest has led to his involvement in clinical and advisory roles in projects for refugees and diaspora communities in the UK, Latin America and the Balkans over the past 15 years.
Oscar’s role at HJL focuses on creating internal capacity for the organisation and developing functional models of work aligned with the values and mission of our organisation.
